Oh my, I see you clearly now

1:53:00 am

I'll get to that in abit. HAHA!

Anywho Alhamdulillah..Today was makan-makan sakan! I was woken up by my Bumai and she just kinda kidnapped me. We went clothes shopping for her kids and then she brought my babuhjh and I for lunch at Swensen's! Okay, excited much? Well, yeah kena lanja kali ah so I was one happy bunny! Hehe..

So it's been a long time since I went there. Why you may ask? Because the past times I went there, I just can't seem to be satisfied with the food I ate over there.  And yeah..Not that satisfied. But! Today made me finally understand why most people love it. Swensen's now can be one of the place I can consider going to when I want to eat. Haha yes I know, such drama with such mundane things. Bite me. Hehe.

I order the cheesemelt sandwich and yeah, nyaman! And I was full alright. Added on the $5 top up and I get soup of the day (cream of tomato; tasted like pasta sauce with cream), my choice of soft drink and my choice of ice-cream. Full..Full..Full..Alhamdulillah..Hehe..

For your information; main food cost between $12-$16, steaks around $22, ice creams $8 above and the drinks are like Coffee Bean prices.

This ice lemon tea is one of the best!

Now I remember why I hated eating there..

The food I ate always tasted odd.

I mean seriously.

Haha.

This boy right here is my cousin. He is 1 year old and he is so..Mischievous! This boy is adorable and he can get out of a scolding with a spread of a smile on his face! And this..

is my first time seeing him weeping!

It's unusual to see him this way. I've never seen him so..crying. With his snot and saliva coming down his face..My aunts were so sad seeing him but me..I think it's just HILARIOUS! LOL!

He was having his hair cut and apparently he is scared to his bones! Kesian pulang but..It was funny! Hahah..Sigh..Kesian eh. I mean I know I shouldn't laugh but it was SO SO FUNNY. Everyone at the saloon was so scared, cartoons were played on the screens, toys were out and candies were given. He was just there, sat bolted upright and bawling his eyes off! Hehe exhasuted terus! Macam bagas naik roller coaster! Lol!

Tonight I again ate outside with my family and we went to our favourite place: Little Hot Pot. It's located and Regeant Square Kiulap (the same building with Kimchi Korean Restaurant) and it's serves shabu-shabu. Honestly this place tastes like your typical shabu-shabu place in Brunei. It's pricier than Ice Bar Shabu-Shabu, the portion is small for the price it's giving and they don't have white tom yam soup. Why oh why do we still go there? Because dad's just love the place. Ask him to go to the more tastier and cheaper one he'd still want this place. Maybe because the place's not that crowded, I don't know. All I know I just follow where he wants to eat. Hehe. I kinda wish he had gone with his original plan; Thai food. Ah well..Hehe.

So before I go, here's a tip you lot who prefers to eat their shabu-shabu with udon: Why not ask them to cook it first? That way you can just leave it in your bowl and add the soup to it. I hate mixing my shabu-shabu pot with the udon in it. It get tangled up with the shabu-shabu fishes and chickens so it's kinda hard to get them out of the pot. So yeah, there you go! A solution to that! Hehe alright until then!

Toodles!
