Today was my cousin's sanding. The first picture depicts how one guy manages to be part of the family in 3 days. We are now known as; Mr & Mrs Mustashhhh. Lol..random. But yeah! This dude came to my shinding for the 3 whole days of his holidays and now he is sick! Sigh how my heart aches and worries for him right now. Get well soon Sayang. Hang in there! <3
So now I AM FREE! WHEE!
Lol. I'm not saying I hated the ordeal okay? I am just relieved that I now can focus on my work and exams! Eseh! Semangat. Macam apa. Lol!
But yeah exams are exactly a month from now. Though I am okay with my coursework, I do have a problem with my Math. Sigh. Tawakkal. I'll get there.
I also can focus on my excercise now! Yipee! Seriously I've been neglecting them for the past 2 weeks. So no funny! Not funny! Squats makin kurang! My diet is out the window! Sigh..Stage 1 once again.
Okay okay enough with the excitement. Let's talk about my cousin's wedding. Okay, we practically went there every night for the past 3 weeks. Every night, balik at 12.30am. Inda letih dimana? Right? But, it was fun and though I was sometimes tired and so malas to go there I do understand it is part of my culture and regardless it was fun lah ah..
We did alot of activities (sadly alot of the shots are in my dad's camera, hmm); namely the infamous "pak kerabak kerabak" lotto games, the karaoke nights, colouring contests and, paling penting,
THAT DANGDUT NIGHT!
Okay, THAT DANGDUT NIGHT is by far, one of the most amusing thing I've ever seen. Imagine, a population of people (women are mostly Indonesians and the men are a ratio of 2:8 of Indonesians and locals respectively) between the ages of 26-60 berjoget and menari dangdut. Sekalinya menari, gila khayal! Nada sadar diri! Keluar segala silat menari ani bah! And I can't help but laugh and laugh and laugh..I did dance to 1 song though and I gotta say, most fun shit I did that night! Lol. I just wished yang datang were just OUR FAMILY! Bukan yang MENGAYAU. Gila..Imagine your mothers wearing tight fitting clothes thinking that they're 25 or something and dancing with..Your grandfathers. Disturbing, but fun.
I sadly was not allowed to join the singing contest -_- because they said I'd win and they don't want that. And yes they're right, I definitly would win that washing machine.
Yes, I'm confident.
Saklikamueh.
Lol.
It was a fun shindings, I bet semua my family mengunjar ni esuk. And I bet next week ada lagi ni bejumpa. Hahah..
Lol who knew my cousin would look like a baby with all that makeup. This was during his 'Malam Berbedak' ceremony. A tradition where guests would give coloured powder to his hands and sprinkle 'Bunga Rampai' (dried pandan leaves with flowers; has a very nice fragrance!) on him while a group of men chants the dikir.
My lady cousins whom I love. We were crazy during all those night together. InsyaAllah shall happen soon again? Not by me of course. Lol.
At the bride's house earlier today. T'was a good ending, Alhamdulillah.
Okay, that's it with my week pulang ah. I did sing for the grand opening of KFC at the core, UBD.
WHAT? Seriously?!
HELL YEAH I DID!
HAHA
I'll post about next time aight? MWAHH!
Toodles!
Wai.
