Hahah..
Yes I have a life and yes I think you know what I've been up to? Hahah..
Anyways, I'm particularly back in fitness!
See there's this instagram page I've been following and one day, I just happened to follow around 12 of them? So basically when I open up my instagram page, my page is jam packed with fit girls showing their abs and butt really..And seriously, how can I not be back in fitness?
Hahah..I just hope it's going to last lah ah..
But seriously! I just realised that in order to be that way, I need to make it as a lifestyle..Not a diet.
Because diets crash when you stop. You bloat up again in 3 days after 1 month of losing it.
Lifestyle doesn't even notice the good change.
I've been "trying" it for around 3 weeks. Still can't change my diet drastically but I'm getting there. I can cut my carbs now and I've been craving for veggies and fruits for the last week? That's a good sign. I've been doing atleast something for my body each day (be it toning and cardio) and I feel it. It may can't be seen by the naked eye yet but I feel it alright.
How do I feel? I feel more energised now. Tired pulang from the exercises I've done but atleast it's a good exhaustion. Exhaustion from gaining something rather than nothing pokoknya. Hehe. Because usually I'd feel tired after 2 hours from waking up. I mean, what the truck is up with that? Labih jua tu kan? And I think that's the reason I'm getting active againlah ah. I'm simply tired of being tired.

Other than that it has seriously cured my constant headaches man. Before I started this I've been having non stop headaches all day long. Quite hairan kenapa and I'm really trying not to solve it just by panadols. Tired jua tu ah luan makan atu saja. So I exercised, got more sleep and drank ALOT of water. Voila! My headaches are cured!
The only challenge I have? The food access.
I mean, I'm quite ok when I'm at home because I sometimes cook the food so I can control what's going in the dishes. But when I'm at the Uni..Damn. Payah -_- True that I can just cook from home but err..I kinda always akhir bangun? Ahahah..Sigh, still trying to cure that banartah. Maybe I can just prep the every week. But I want more veggies and fruits most of the time bah yatah if I cook them or bring them to uni, by lunchtime I think they will wilt? So I'm really thinking how on earth I can eat them in 1 piece during lunch. That and also the fact that focusing on 'all natural' requires alot of money. So I think I'm going to go all natural when I make my own money lah ah. Big time. Hahah.
But I gotta say, I'm quite happy Alhamdulillah. I'm still working my ass out be it in fitness or just life in general (particularly my studies and my dreams) but yeah..Syukur.
I'll try to update more..AGAIN. Haha au au balik-balik udah cakap kan update soon etc but seriously, quite busy with my life ok? I do apologise for not sharing too much of it but I think that's quite a smart and safe to do you know? Not sharing too much? Hahah..Alright! Till next time!
